Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar (topping)
1 tsp. cinnamon (topping)
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
4 to 5 tsp. sour milk
4 c. flour
4 c. apples, diced with skin on
Preparation

Cream together the sugar, eggs and butter.
Add soda to dissolve in sour milk.
Add salt and vanilla.
Blend in flour. Fold in finely cut apples (leave peeling on).
Put in 3 greased loaf pans.
Top with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
