Au Gratin - Beef Bake(Country Supper) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (4.9 oz.) pkg. au gratin potatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn (undrained)
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes (undrained)
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the potatoes and contents of the sauce mix. Add corn, tomatoes, milk, water and taco seasoning. Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake, covered in a 350\u00b0 oven for an hour or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese; bake an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
