Blueberry Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box black raspberry jello
1 (No. 2) can blueberry pie filling
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
1 small carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Use a variety of fruit such as crisp pears and apples.
Peel and cut into bite-size pieces.
Add 1 can of drained pineapple chunks.
Add 1 to 2 small oranges, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces.
If in season, add green grapes or peaches or nectarines (peeled and cut into bite-size pieces).
Use your imagination! After mixing together, add low-fat lemon yogurt to act as dressing.
Top with slivered almonds if desired.
Keeps for several days in Tupperware.
