World'S Lightest Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    4 Tbsp. shortening (Crisco)
    3/4 to 1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    In a bread tray, sift generous amount of self-rising flour. Make an indention in the center.
    In indentions, place shortening. Work this into the flour, adding flour as needed, using fingers. Add buttermilk until it forms the consistency of biscuit dough and can be handled without being sticky.
    Roll out by hand and shape into biscuits on biscuit pan.
    Bake about 10 minutes at 400\u00b0. Handle dough as little as possible.
