Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. Minute tapioca
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. strawberries
    1 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1 Tbsp. butter
    pastry shell for double crust pie
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, tapioca and salt together.
    Line a 9-inch pie plate with shell.
    Mix strawberries, rhubarb and sugar mixture together and place in pie shell.
    Dot with butter and cover with top crust.
    Bake in very hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake about 30 minutes longer.
