European Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) containers or 1 (2 lb.) container Ricotta cheese
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pt. sour cream (2 c.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. cheese cake helper (such as Oetker)*
    4 large eggs
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. melted butter
