Chicken Rollatini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken cutlets, flattened
    1 head broccoli
    16 oz. chunk Mozzarella
    1/2 lb. Virginia ham (optional)
    1 stick butter or margarine
    bread crumbs
    garlic powder
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Chicken cutlets should be cut to approximately same size (8 to 10 pieces).
    Dip each cutlet in bread crumbs and cover.
    Bring broccoli to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Let cool and chop into bite size pieces.
    Cut Mozzarella into thin strips (one strip per cutlet), approximately 1/2 x 3 inches.
