Garden Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. chopped green cabbage
    3/4 c. finely chopped carrots
    3/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine vegetables. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine other ingredients.
    Pour dressing over vegetables.
    Toss until well coated.
    Refrigerate, covered, about 2 hours before serving.
    Makes 5 cups.
