Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix salt, sugar and oil into yeast mixture.
    Mix into flour, mixing well. Let rest 10 to 20 minutes.
    Spread out on well-greased large cookie sheet or two 10-inch pizza pans.
    Pinch up edges.
    Put on your favorite toppings.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
