Mexican "Hot Dip"("Teenagers Devour") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Frito-Lay bean dip
    2 to 3 green onions
    1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
    1/2 green pepper
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Chop green onions and green pepper; add to meat.
    Cut Velveeta cheese into pieces and add to meat.
    Add all other ingredients at this time, too.
    Mix in a slow cooker for about 3 hours.
    Serve with chips.
