Merlin'S Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. shortening
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease a baking pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch). Put flour, paprika and salt in a clean plastic or paper bag. Shake it to mix the ingredients.
Place chicken in bag. Shake to coat chicken.
Coat all chicken pieces.
Bake for 55 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
