Mexican Bean Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can dark red kidney beans
1 small onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. ketchup
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
black pepper, thyme, celery seed, salt and basil to taste
Preparation

Put into blender or food processor.
Use as a dip or spread on bread and broil in oven with sliced tomato.
