Sunday Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 chicken breasts
    1 bottle Russian dressing
    1/3 c. apricot preserves
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
    salt
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Put chicken breasts in a baking dish (I use a 9 x 13-inch dish).
    Lightly sprinkle salt and garlic salt on chicken.
    In a bowl, mix the next 3 ingredients and pour mixture over chicken. (Robert and I enjoy this sauce so much that I double the quantities.)
    Bake, covered, at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Fruit garnishes make this dish pretty.
