Bavarian Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (two 12 oz. bags)
    1 sq. semi-sweet baking chocolate
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 tsp. peppermint extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips, baking chocolate square and butter in a double boiler or microwave.
    Blend in vanilla, milk and peppermint.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate for5 minutes.
    Beat with electric mixer for 1 minute and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
    Do this a total of 3 times.
    Press into a 7 x 10-inch buttered dish and let harden.
    It can be refrigerated but it is not necessary.
