Crock-Pot Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

roast of your choice
Lipton onion soup mix (1 envelope)
potatoes, peeled and cut
carrots, peeled and cut

Preparation

Place roast in crock-pot containing a couple of spoonfuls of water.
Pour onion soup mix over roast.
Place carrots and potatoes in pot.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
