Shannon'S Favorite Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crab meat
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Steam mushrooms for 5 minutes.
    Cool and remove stems.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add drained crab meat, half of the cheese and bread crumbs.
    Heat through.
    Stuff mushrooms with crab mixture and place on baking dish, crab-side up.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve immediately.
