Crunchy Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. seeded, finely chopped cucumber
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Drain vegetables well.
    Beat cream cheese and lemon until smooth.
    Stir in vegetables and pepper.
    Yields 2 cups.
