Cinnamon-Apple Breakfast Quesadilla - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6-inch) flour tortillas
    1 tsp. cinnamon-sugar, divided
    2 Tbsp. vanilla yogurt (optional)
    1/2 c. chunky applesauce, divided
    1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place one tortilla on ungreased baking sheet.
    Spread half applesauce over tortilla; reserve half for garnish.
    Sprinkle half of cinnamon-sugar over applesauce.
    Top with cheese and second tortilla.
    Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool 2 minutes.
    Cut into quarters and serve with reserved applesauce and vanilla yogurt.
