Fried Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag dry peaches
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 can flaky biscuits
    1/2 c. oil
    nonstick Pam
Preparation
    Cover peaches with water in saucepan on medium heat. Cook for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Add sugar. Drop 1 serving spoon of filling on each rolled out biscuit. Crimp with fork. Place skillet on low heat; pour oil in skillet. Cook pie until brown on both sides. Makes 12 servings.
