Potato Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. soft oleo
    1 c. sugar
    3 1/4 c. flour, sifted
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. finely crushed Lay's potato chips
Preparation
    Mix oleo and sugar together.
    Add flour and vanilla and mix well. Fold in crushed potato chips.
    Roll into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Use a fork that has been dipped in flour to press down on the cookie or use fingers to press in thinner and more rounded shapes.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar when cool.
