Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in brown sugar and milk.
    Bring to a boil; boil and stir 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
    Mix in confectioners sugar.
    Beat until smooth.
    Spread into buttered 9-inch pan. Cool.
    Makes 3 1/2 pounds.
