Potato Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 white potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped green onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated cheese (to top)
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes in skin. Refrigerate overnight.
    Peel and grate on large side of grater.
    Add the sour cream, 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese, butter or margarine, onions, salt and pepper to taste.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Combine and bake in a large Pyrex at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
