Our Favorite Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small pkg. Kool-Aid (unsweetened; desired color)
    5 c. sugar
    2 tall cans pineapple juice
    2 cans water (fill empty pineapple juice can)
    2 (2 liter) bottles ginger ale or 7-Up
    2 containers pineapple sherbet
Preparation
    Mix Kool-Aid, sugar, pineapple juice and water together. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
    Put 1/2 Kool-Aid mixture in punch bowl. Add ginger ale and pineapple sherbet.
    Serves 60 people.
