Turkey Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    1 large clove garlic, pressed
    4 French rolls
    2 c. diced turkey
    1 c. seeded and diced tomato
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    16 slices pepperoni
Preparation
    Combine butter and garlic.
    Slice rolls in half.
    Spread both halves with butter mixture.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake for 5 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Combine turkey, tomato, oregano and salt.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add mixture; cook until heated through.
    Stir in half of cheese.
    Spoon onto heated rolls.
    Top with 3 slices of pepperoni.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Broil until cheese is bubbly and lightly brown.
    Serve hot.
