Turkish Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
cheese and parsley, chopped or honey and powdered sugar
Preparation

In a bowl combine eggs, milk, flour, salt and sugar.
Blend thoroughly.
Bake on a medium hot grill, spreading batter as thin as possible, until golden brown.
Roll up, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with honey or cheese.
