Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. extra sharp cheese
1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. pimento
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

Cream the cream cheese.
Blend in the remaining ingredients well. Shape into large ball and roll in finely chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts). This will make 3 or 4 small balls or 1 large.
