Banana Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
1 c. mashed banana
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 unbeaten egg yolks
1/3 c. cold water
1 c. egg whites
Preparation

Mix in bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Make a well in the mixture and add in order: oil, egg yolks, bananas, water and vanilla.
Mix well.
