Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. oleo, melted

Preparation

Beat all ingredients together.\tPour into pastry-lined pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45-55 minutes or until a silver knife inserted comes out clean.
