New Potatoes In Gravy(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced 1/4-inch thick new potatoes
    1/2 c. canned or bottled chicken gravy
    1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
    dash of pepper
    2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in an even layer in a microwave-safe dish. Stir together gravy, milk, poultry seasoning and pepper.
    Pour evenly over potatoes.
    Cover and cook on 100% power (High) for 8 or 9 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Stir gently and sprinkle with bacon before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
