Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sugar (3 1/2 c.)
1 lb. butter (2 c.; do not substitute margarine)
1 lb. eggs (12 medium)
1 lb. plain flour (4 c.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Mix ingredients thoroughly and pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake for 2 hours.
