Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 unbeaten egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. diced apples
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, salt and sugar.
    Add the egg, sour cream, vanilla and nutmeg.
    Beat into a smooth thin batter.
    Blend in the apples and pour into the unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with topping made of brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter.
    Place oven temperature back at 400\u00b0 and brown for about 10 minutes.
