Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 unbeaten egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, water, cream of tartar and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
    Very slowly, add to egg whites in mixing bowl, beat at high speed until peaks form.
    Add vanilla.
