Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    4 eggs
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. milk
    3 c. flour
    1 c. ground chocolate (cocoa)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and butter.
    Beat eggs separately.
    (Fold in whites after all other things are added.)
    Mix all together. Pour into 2 greased and floured Bundt or angel food cake pans or 4 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Wrap in foil for several weeks. (Not required, but it tastes wonderful if you do.)
