1-2-3-4 Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. butter
    1 c. milk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs to butter mixture, one at a time, beating after each is added, sifting dry ingredients together.
    Add alternately with milk, then vanilla.
    Pour into prepared layer pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
