Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Stir in 1 cup Wesson oil; add dry ingredients, which have been sifted together.
Add 4 cups finely chopped apples.
This will probably be a very stiff dough.
Add nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Frost with coconut pecan frosting.
