Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (20 oz.) rolls refrigerator chocolate chip cookie dough
Preparation

Mix together well first 4 ingredients; set aside.
Slice cookie dough rolls into 1/3-inch slices.
Place slices of one roll into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; press together to cover any holes. Spoon in cream cheese mixture evenly and top with slices of remaining package of cookie dough.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and center is slightly firm.
Let cool then refrigerate.
Cut into squares.
Serve with chocolate sauce or whipped topping.
