Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. melted margarine
1 c. fresh blueberries or frozen ones, thawed, rinsed and drained
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk, egg and butter.
Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
The batter will be lumpy.
Do not overbeat.
Stir in blueberries gently.
Spoon batter into greased or papered muffin cups.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until tops spring back when touched lightly.
Serve warm.
