French Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    7 pieces day old bread
    1 c. water (hot)
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and celery; mix in poultry seasoning.
    Heat water.
    Add bouillon cube; mix until melted.
    Break bread into water.
    Add to meat mixture.
    A large can of whole potatoes, chopped small, can be added.
    Simmer on low (electric frypan, if you have one) for about 2 hours.
