Dive In Potato Dippers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch Style party dip mix
    3 baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. shredded Colby cheese
Preparation
    You will need Reynolds plastic wrap and Reynolds Cut Rite wax paper.
    In a small bowl, combine yogurt and dip mix.
    Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate.
    Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 wedges.
    On a large microwave-safe plate, arrange potato wedges in circle.
    Brush potato wedges with butter; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
    Microwave on High for 6 minutes.
    Rotate plate 1/2 turn. Microwave additional 7 to 9 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove wax paper.
    Sprinkle cheese over potatoes.
    Let stand until cheese is melted.
    Serve with prepared party dip.
    Refrigerate leftover dip.
    Serve with raw vegetables or chips.
    Makes 4 servings.
