Crisp Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut in pieces
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt margarine.
    Mix together corn meal, flour, paprika, pepper and salt.
    Dip each piece of chicken in melted margarine, then dip in corn meal mixture.
    Arrange chicken in a baking pan and bake for about 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
