Taco Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef.
    Add rest of ingredients; mix well.
    Cook about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve in bowls with crushed tortilla chips, grated cheese and shredded lettuce on top.
