Rhubarb Surprise Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced raw rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello (dry)
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Arrange rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with jello. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle on top of pie.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until rhubarb is tender and crust is brown.
