Four Grain Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown rice
    1/2 c. lentils
    1/2 c. barley
    1/2 c. split peas
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1 garlic clove, finely minced
    1/2 c. chopped olives
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    olive oil
    vinegar
    salt and pepper
    Italian seasonings
Preparation
    Cook each of the grains according to package directions. Drain and cool slightly; mix together.
    Mix in celery, onions, garlic, green pepper and olives.
    Pour olive oil over (just enough to coat the mixture).
    Sprinkle on some, a tablespoon or so. Season and taste to adjust seasonings and dressing to your liking. (Vinegar could be red wine vinegar or could use part wine vinegar and balsamic.)
