Chow Mein(Chicken Or Turkey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium green peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped onion
    2 1/2 c. sliced chicken or turkey
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 can bamboo shoots
    1 can water chestnuts
    2 tsp. pimento, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix onion soup by directions on box.
    Simmer for 10 minutes. Add other ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice with chow mein noodles.
