Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 apples, peeled and cut up
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar (add a little more sugar if 10-inch pie tin or apples are tart)
9-inch pie shell
1/2 c. sugar (can use part brown)
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients and put in pie shell.
Sprinkle on topping made of remaining ingredients.
Mix with pastry blender until fine.
Put on top of apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes in regular oven or microwave 10 minutes and finish in convection oven at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or regular oven at 350\u00b0 until done and crust has browned.
