Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 fresh garden tomatoes
    1 c. fresh garden basil
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. olive oil
    4 oz. Fontina cheese, cut into small squares
Preparation
    Skin and chop tomatoes.
    Wash and chop basil.
    Halve garlic. Mix ingredients and let sit at room temperature at least 1 hour.
