Orange Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. orange Jell-O
    3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
    3 oz. pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding (not instant)
    6 c. hot water
    1 small can mandarin oranges
    2 to 3 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients in large Pyrex bowl.
    (Be sure water is hot enough to dissolve jello.)
    Place in microwave; heat to boiling, stirring occasionally, and boil for 3 minutes. Mixture should be thickened.
    Let cool to room temperature and add oranges and fold in Cool Whip until smooth.
    Can also be frozen and cut into squares and served as a dessert.
