Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb. beef roast
    1 medium onion
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can onion soup
    salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in pressure cooker.
    Brown roast on both sides. Salt to taste.
    Pour the onion soup over the meat.
    Slice the onion on top of the meat.
    Add 1 1/2 cups water.
    Cook for about 1 hour at 10 pounds pressure.
    Thicken the gravy with cornstarch.
