Venison Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice bread
    1 lb. ground venison
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 egg, unbeaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 strips bacon
Preparation
    Dip bread in small amount of water and mix well with other ingredients.
    Put in greased pan and place bacon on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
