Beef Louise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat (don't brown)
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    3/4 c. red Port wine
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut meat into bite-size pieces, cutting away all fat.
    Combine with other ingredients and bake in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish, covered.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice.
